研究生學位口試暨離校手續說明

Oral Exam Procedural and School leaving processes Guidelines

學期semester：第二學期(下學期) Spring

學位口試舉行期間Application period：4月1日起至9月30日 1 Apr. – 30 Sep.

作業內容Procedure：

申請方式Application：

1.博士班：請與系辦聯繫(申請程序複雜，請務必提前一個月以上提出申請。)

PhD student: Please contact EE Office.

2.碩士班：請至「電機系網頁/學生資訊/碩博士口試」填寫申請資料，並列印請指導教授簽名後，送至系辦，始完成申請手續。(最遲請於口試日期往前推算2周送出)

3.110學年度第二學期採線上口試者，請將申請表mail至katehsu@ ntust.edu.tw，若無法取得指導教授簽名，請將mail副本給指導教授即可取代簽名。

Master student:

Please fill out Master Thesis/ Dissertation Defense Schedule Form via https://defmtr.ee.ntust.edu.tw:8082.The hard copy of Thesis/ Dissertation Defense Schedule Form with advisor signature should be turned in to the department office no later than two weeks before the oral defense.
For this semester (1102) graduate dissertation oral defense can be conducted online. Please email the form to katehsu@ntust.edu.tw and put your adviser on copy.

**請確認申請口試後，一併填寫「學生資訊系統」上口試相關資訊，以利研教組提前規畫製作畢業證書**

口試 Oral Defense：

1.審定書、推薦書、口試評分表(每位口試委員一人一份)，請自行至學生資訊系統上下載列印

Please fill out your thesis title and advisor information in the “Student System” and print the oral grading sheets and advisor’s recommendation letter from the system. Please prepare the oral grading sheets (for all committee members), verification letter (at least one) and advisor’s recommendation letter in your oral exam.

2.口試費印領清冊請至系辦領取(線上口試者，口試費清冊由系辦統一mail給口委)

Take the oral defense relevant form at the department office. (If oral defense is held online EE office will take care of this.)

離校手續Graduation Procedures：

1.電機系首頁→表單與聯結→問卷調查→研究所-應屆畢業生問卷填寫

Please fill out the questionnaire for graduating students from the EE website

2.臺科大首頁→學生資訊系統→相關連結→畢業生離校手續單

When you proceed with the graduation procedures, please download the school leaving process form via “Student System”. Obtain thesis advisor’s signature.

4.紙本論文：系辦 1 本平裝，圖書館 1 本精裝(博士班)，平裝(碩士班)。

You need to turn in 1 copies of your thesis in soft cover to the EE Department office. and 1 copy of your thesis in hard cover for PhD student, in soft copy cover for Master student to the library when you apply the school-leaving.

請注意，系辦代收之論文為「國家圖書館收藏」論文，請勿提供草稿論文。

論文延後公開：請於教務處/表單與檔案/研究所表單/【碩/博士班畢業相關表格】網頁自行下載「國家圖書館暨臺灣科技大學博碩士學位紙本論文【延後公開】申請書」，依申請書所示順序至各單位核章，並請於提送與印製論文時，以黃色紙張裝訂於論文封面翻開第一頁，以利相關單位憑辦。

論文本延後公開申請後，無法任意取消，請務必確認後再申請

本學期最晚離校日為2022/9/30，無法於9/30前完成離校者，需繳交111學年度第1學期註冊費。
視訊口試者，須依本校學位考試辦法規則，於視訊口試前一週，公告視訊會議連結週知，並遵照實體口試程序辦理。
